General Terms

The Open Trip will be attended by other participants that you may not have known before, while the Private Tour will be attended by a group of participants that you have set yourself. During the tour, you must follow the itinerary and directions from the tour leader.

Itinerary may change due to external factors such as weather conditions, traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. If you are not ready to be picked up at the specified time and location, the tour will depart without you and your order will be considered forfeited. You can submit a request to reschedule based on the agreement of the tour operator and availability on the date you choose.

Transportation is subject to change. The tour operator will replace it with a similar service/item based on the availability, type and standard stated in the itinerary.

Cancellation Policies

• If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 4 days prior to the usage date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• If a cancellation request is submitted within 2 days of the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
• For discounted bookings, the fee will be calculated based on the original (pre-discount) price and will not exceed the amount actually paid.

Partial refunds are not available.
